Dale yacht Club is the Voluntary Control Body which administers the moorings in Dale on behalf of the Milford Haven port Authority. Mooring holders require a licence from the Port Authority and a separate licence from the Crown Estates, both of which are administered by the Club. Mooring holders are responsible for the laying and maintenance of their moorings to the standards laid down by the Port Authority. Esquires about the availability of mooring spaces should be directed to John Mecklenburgh, the Club Moorings Officer. The Club does not have any moorings for short term hire.
Members may apply for space in the Cruiser Tender park on a seasonal basis. The application form can be found under the Membership tab. Applications should be made to the Tender park Secretary early in the year since space is limited. The fee is £40.00 per season and the application must be accompanied by a cheque and a SAE. Tenders must be cleared from the Tender park between the 1st November and 31st March. The Club will remove any tender left during this period charging a removal fee of £50 plus a weekly storage charge of £5,
Cruiser racing is organised throughout the Haven by Pembrokeshire Cruiser Racing Club (PCRC) including Dale (Cruiser) Weekend over the August Bank Holiday. For further information click here
